Among the "destinations wedding", Italy is one of favourites. A really unique country, rich in history and romantic landscapes, that offers the chance to organize magnificent weddings in every season, including autumn and winter. Online you can find many lists of influential international magazines and each one tries to write up their own "best Italian wedding venues". Today, as an Italian expert in this sector, I will propose mine:
- Wedding in Rome
Where history is the frame of every wedding. Unique for her ruins, churches and monuments, Rome offers a wide amount of weddings locations. For every service there are different possibilities and these permits me to offer, as Italian Wedding Planner, many good alternatives without ever dropping the level of service. Rome is an excellent solution both for luxury weddings and for low-cost weddings.
- Wedding at the Lake of Como
For romantic and luxury weddings this is an ideal frame, but not for low-cost weddings. For the people that think to get married in Italy to save money, the Lake of Como is not the right destination. Few but magnificent locations make this place magical and charming, where the nature and landscapes give a touch of poetry. But the market doesn’t offer a lot and so the prices are really high.
- Wedding in Venice
Famous all around the world, Venice is maybe one of the most romantic cities and it's truly unique. Visiting it during the summer with the sun that shines in every "calla" or during the winter with high water, you will always find Venice is wonderful with its culture, historical palaces and the worldwide known "gondole". But also Venice is not the right destination for low-cost weddings.
- Wedding in Tuscany and Florence
Undisputed Cultural centre, Florence and Tuscany are the places where the "mecenatism" was born, the movement that has brought Italian art and culture at the highest level in the world. The museums, the churches, the bridges… every place in Florence attracts the people who don't know it yet and the people who have already been there and want to see it again. Florence and Tuscany are good solutions also for low-cost wedding because the market offers many locations. For those who love the "country" and "country chic" wedding, Tuscany is the ideal place. With many medieval little towns, we can bring our spouses in a "time breach". They often rent for an entire week the location where they choose to begin their life as wife and husband so that this is an even more "magic" period. The vineyards are among the most romantic locations for the marriage.
- Wedding at Capri
This is the Rright place for "luxury marine" weddings, but this is very few locations so there is no chance for the ones who don't have a significant budget. The Island of Capri with its stacks, ships, and a very good and special cuisine, creates a fabulous frame for weddings. Capri is an island seen in many movies and highly regarded for its beauty and a place frequently chosen for romantic love escapes.
- Wedding at Amalfi Coast
Many little towns sheered on the crystal-clear sea form the Amalfi Coast. The cheerfulness of peoples and the high quality of food, especially of fish, make the Costiera an ideal location for the “marine” weddings.
